About Us

Since 1992, Ozdoc have been committed to supplying products and services that are feature rich, benefit driven and provide unprecedented value. This gives our clients the assurance that each solution is of the very highest quality and reliability, and optimally suited their practice. We have hundreds of satisfied clients in south east Queensland.

Our primary focus is healthcare.  Our systems, solutions and networks are custom designed to meet the strict IT requirements of medical practices and facilitate the increasing demand for doctors to have secure remote access to medical data. Our objective with all our clients is to achieve optimal equipment performance in a cost efficient manner with the least downtime possible.

Quality of patient care is the most important aim of our clients, and it drives us to provide equipment and systems to achieve that aim. Our monitoring systems enable us to pinpoint errors and problems before they threaten your ongoing operations and our security systems help to reduce the risk of targeted network attacks. Regular visits by our site engineers enable us to plan for clients' future business needs and provide advice on meeting those needs.

Our engineers have expertise and experience in a range of medical packages, and work together to create effective solutions for our clients. Using tried and tested technologies we are able to fully equip a facility with the right system that is reliable, secure and efficient. Our engineers are trained and certified to complete IT rollouts using our product partner systems.

Our Team

Our directors are Jack Ashwin and Adam Kostanski. Jack is a GP with his own practice at Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast. Adam has been in IT consulting for over 15 years, and has specialised in medical work for more than 10 years.

Jack and Adam have built a strong team to provide friendly, knowledgeable service to our clients. Our highly trained engineers are certified, police checked and have years of IT and health industry experience. Training and skill development is a critical business edge for us, and all our engineers work hard to develop and provide optimal solutions for our clients. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable at all times.

Our helpdesk operates from 8 till 5 Monday to Friday, with an after hours emergency number available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
